Questions
Before you write in
For peak dates — May to September, and any Saturday in December — we recommend booking 9 to 12 months out. Venues and florists we work with well tend to fill early, and it gives us proper time to design rather than just execute. Off-peak or weekday events can often be arranged with a few months' notice.
No minimum for single elements — a backdrop, a table styling, a set of arrangements. Full wedding decor, covering ceremony, reception and the details in between, typically starts from around €2,500 depending on scale and venue. We'll always tell you honestly where your budget lands before any design work begins.
Yes, regularly. We're used to sitting alongside a planner's timeline or a florist's own supply, and we'll agree who's responsible for what in writing before the day so nothing falls between two suppliers. If you already have a team in place, bring them into the first conversation.
Always. Every quote is itemised to include full installation ahead of your event and complete takedown afterward, so the venue is handed back exactly as we found it. There's no separate labour surprise later — it's priced in from the start.
A 25% deposit secures your date once the design and quote are agreed. The balance is due two weeks before the event, once final numbers and details are confirmed. Any changes you make after that are re-quoted in writing before we proceed, so there's never an unexpected total.
Yes. Wicklow, Kildare and Meath are standard territory for us, and we travel further nationwide on request — venues like Rathsallagh, Tankardstown House and Virginia Park Lodge are ones we already know well. Tell us the venue in your enquiry and we'll confirm travel as part of the quote.
